PAYMENT & INSURANCE
Pediatric Partners of Virginia will directly bill your claims to most insurance companies. To better serve you and ensure proper billing, we ask that you bring your insurance card to every visit and be prepared to pay your copay. Familiarizing yourself with your insurance policy and any deductibles would be best. If you have questions, please get in touch with your insurance directly at the number on the back of your id card.
If a balance is owed on your account, we will send a monthly billing statement detailing the outstanding balance. Please look over the information carefully and
compare it with your explanation of benefits (EOB) from your insurance company. Insurance company’s explanation of benefits (EOB) If you have any questions regarding the balance that your insurance requires you to pay, please get in touch with your insurance company directly.
All balances are due within 30 days from the date on your statement. If you need to make other payment arrangements, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Pediatric Partners of Virginia reserves the right to request payment for outstanding balances. Suppose the account needs to be paid in full or satisfactory arrangements are made within a reasonable timeframe. In that case, we reserve the right to refer the account to an attorney and a collection agency for collection of the balance. If collection is necessary, the responsible party or guarantor will be required to pay an attorney, collection agency, and court costs up to 40% of the amount owing.
We offer several payment plan options to assist you with paying off your balance, including a 0% interest payment plan. Payment arrangements can be made by contacting our Billing Office by phone or email. Additional details are provided in the Pediatric Partners of Virginia Financial Policy.
