There are not enough good things to say about this practice. From Dr. Burget to Mary and Aurora the nurses and Jill at the front desk everyone is extremely kind. Dr. Burget is always extremely attentive and you can tell she really cares. This is the epitome of what a pediatrician should be like. Our 6 month old has had a rough go being in daycare and we are ALWAYS able to get in. I’ve even had to call after hours and she called me back within 10 min and got me in next day. The small town really knows your kids and watching them grow just adds to the excellence of this practice. So glad we decided to pick this one for our child!! If I could give 100 stars I would!!

Dr. Burget and her staff are a stellar example of what pediatric care should look like. The flu recently went through my house and I truly felt like this practice was apart of our support system. Quick to answer the phone, schedule last minute appointments, all with care and compassion. Every single employee is professional, reassuring and attentive. I don’t remember the last time I received medical care like this. So thankful to have found this practice!

Switched to Flat Rock Pediatrics after a terrible experience at another practice and we couldn’t be any happier with the switch!!! The staff here is amazing. They are so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Its easy to reach someone by phone and they have generous availability for appointments.

We absolutely love Dr Burget! She is always quick to get us in! I have 5 kids so we are there often. She is always very knowledgeable and always listens to all of my concerns and addresses them all! Even when I ask about another kid that isn't there for an appointment. I call and ask questions and they are quick to respond and give me solid advice every time! I would recommend Dr Burget to everyone!! My kids all love her too!

Dr. Burget and her staff are wonderful! Listen to concerns and work with parents/child to decide next steps. not a generic plan of care. Love this office and everyone here!

The staff at Flat Rock Pediatrics are professional yet, friendly and welcoming. They respond quickly and always try to fit us in as soon as possible when needed. Dr. Burget really listens to the parents’ concerns and always provides the best solution for the child and the family. Most important, the children feel comfortable with the staff and look forward to seeing them.

We just switched to this practice after having a not so good experience at another office. From just the 2 times we have been the front desk has been absolutely amazing, Mary who is one of the nurses has been amazing and very helpful with our daughter, and Dr.Burget has listened, understood, and been amazing with every experience. So grateful to be here now!

Not only is the entire staff friendly and personable, they are always so responsive! We feel taken care of and like it’s personalized care in a day and age where that is hard to come by!! Can’t recommend highly enough! (and completely worth the drive from the Midlo area- way quicker than it seems like it would be!)

Great experience getting flu shot!

All the nurses/receptionists are phenomenal with the kids, so kind and warm. The doctor is also amazing, she listens to your concerns, addresses them, she is great with the kids and very knowledgeable. I trust this doctor and I find coming to this office versus our old pediatrician, my kids aren’t freaking out and crying, they’re actually excited to come here!

We have had a wonderful experience at Flat Rock Pediatrics. The staff is warm, friendly, and attentive. Dr. Burget has provided incredible care for my boys for many years now. She always takes the time to really listen and is supportive of our concerns and opinions. I appreciate that we never feel rushed and she is interested in my boy’s overall health and happiness. We are so lucky to have her support for our medical needs. We could not recommend this practice more!

As a mother of three, my kids are always getting sick. Dr. Burget and her staff are always kind & patience with my children. So grateful to have found a great doctor’s office here in Powhatan.

My kids have gotten sick several times while in town visiting family and Dr. Burget has always gone above and beyond taking care of them. Her staff are always friendly and welcoming. They have always made time for us and treat us just like we are her normal patients.

I have been hesitant to write a review because I work here and assumed someone would think it was biased but my 8yo woke up not feeling well this morning and asked to go see Dr Burget. On the way there, he gave me his own review "Mom, you know why I like the doctors office? There are a lot of cool toys and fidgets in the waiting room. The nurses are so nice. The doctor is amazing. You're amazing. And it is so pretty!" He has been seeing Dr Burget since he was born. I wouldn't take him anywhere else but its nice to know he wouldn't want to go anywhere else either.
