COVID 19 Response

The health of your family remains our highest priority.

All PPV offices are following CDC guidelines and have changed the way we make appointments and serve you in our office.

We will reserve morning appointments for well child visits only, then reserve afternoon appointments for sick patients.

Additionally, some locations are now seeing sick patients outside in our parking lot.  Please call your preferred location to make an appointment and inquire about your options.

In all locations, we are taking extra precautions including increased cleaning procedures and encouraging social distancing.

Telehealth Appointments Available For Current Patients

We are also offering telehealth appointments to current patients.

While not all visits can be managed through telehealth, many common visits can now be managed through telehealth including:

  • Pink eye
  • Allergies
  • Rashes
  • Behavioral Checks
  • Cold Symptoms
  • Nausea
  • Follow Up Visits
  • And Many More

Read more about telehealth or contact your preferred location for an appointment.

Now Offering Telehealth Pediatric Visits

To better serve the needs of our patients and families we are pleased to offer telehealth appointments for current patients.

These appointments will provide virtual access to your trusted pediatrician and staff. You will receive the same dedicated medical care you’ve come to expect but in the comfort of your own home.

All you need to get started is access to a computer, tablet or smartphone with a camera and microphone.

While not all visits can be managed through telehealth, many common visits can now be managed through telehealth including:

  • Pink eye
  • Allergies
  • Rashes
  • Behavioral Checks
  • Cold Symptoms
  • Nausea
  • Follow Up Visits
  • And Many More

How Do I Book A Telehealth Visit For My Child?

To book a telehealth appointment simply call your provider’s office, let them know the reason for the appointment and ask if telehealth is an option.

If so we will book your appointment as usual and send a reminder. Before your appointment, you will receive instructions on how to either login to a secure link online or we can arrange a FaceTime call.

What If My Child Needs A Prescription?

If your provider determines a prescription is needed, it will be sent to your pharmacy following our regular procedures.  Schedule Your Pediatric Telehealth Appointment Today
